Listings, auctions, and reservations
DealFW is an independent liquidator and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by the manufacturers or retailers whose products appear in our inventory. Product availability, condition, pricing, and pickup times may change. HiBid auctions are governed by the terms posted for the applicable auction. A website reservation is not an auction bid and does not change HiBid’s terms. Merchandise is sold as is and where is. All sales are final, with no returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations after purchase, except where required by law. Review our Returns and final sale policy before purchasing.
Communications
Email and mobile-message programs require the consent described at enrollment. SMS and MMS program details are provided in our SMS Terms.
Guest orders, accounts and rewards
You can purchase without creating an account. Provide accurate contact information for your receipt and keep your secure order link private. A completed guest purchase can be linked to one verified account using the purchase email and proof of order access. Points, rewards and redemption options apply only under the terms published for the program or shown on an issued reward. Linking a purchase does not automatically issue a reward. Email and SMS marketing consent are optional and separate from purchasing and account creation.
