Review the photos, description, included accessories and condition notes before paying or bidding. If you need clarification, contact us before committing to the item.
If your order differs from the listing
Contact support@dealfw.com with your order number, the item name and a description of the issue. Include photos of the item, packaging and shipping damage when relevant. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Do not send an item back before receiving instructions from our team.
How we help
Our team reviews the order, the condition disclosed at purchase and the information you provide. Contacting support does not create an exception to the final sale policy. Sending a request does not by itself approve a return or refund. Nothing here limits rights that apply under law.
Auction purchases and pickup
Winning bids are binding. Follow the payment instructions and deadlines for your auction and invoice. Auction fees and applicable sales tax are additional to the winning bid. Review the full terms before bidding.
Auction pickup is at 2125 Exchange Dr, Arlington, TX 76011. Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM Central, by confirmed appointment. Schedule at dealfw.com/pickup using the Auction Date and Bid Card Number on your invoice. Your invoice is not an appointment. Collect winning items within five business days after the auction closes; uncollected items may be considered abandoned under the auction terms.

Leaving Stripe checkout does not by itself cancel a purchase. For an unpaid checkout, use the cancel option on your order status page. We verify payment status before releasing stock. Paid purchases remain subject to the final sale policy. Unpaid pickup reservations expire at the deadline shown on your order.
