KEY ISSUES (READ FIRST): - CRACKED CASING: Severe vertical split running completely down the center seam of the outer housing, which is significantly separated. - BROKEN HOSE GUIDE: Black plastic trim around the front guide opening is cracked and broken near the top. - MOUNTING POINT DAMAGE: Cracks and stress marks are present on the rear pivot connection points of the housing. - ROUGH HOSE OPERATION: The 100-foot hose pulls out but does not roll out smoothly. - UNTESTED FOR LEAKS: A water pressure leak test could not be performed due to a lack of testing equipment.
